Meda Marosz

Human Cleric of Torm, 5th level, Lawful Good.

Meda Marosz

Background / History

Born in Baldur’s Gate. Age: 28. Parents (Lena 42 and Oliver 48), live and work in BG, own a butcher shop, two sisters (Elin 18 + Kristin 22), one brother (Berthold 25).

Meda says that her and her friends came to this place to find the famed pool. They descended from the top level and down. When they were exploring, they were ambushed by a group that came from the western hallway.

Her four friends were all killed – Anton the specialist, Lucas the fighter, Neval their conjurer, and Ugo the gnome fighter – and their leader, were all killed by the ambushers.

Meda is part of Order of the Gauntlet. Her liege is Janos Thorne who lives in Eagle Peak in the Storm Horns.

Meda and her Party were sent to investigate the pool, as Janos has heard from friends that something stirs in Hluthvar.

Meda and her party sneaked in, and knows that the people who live above can’t all be trusted. When they first arrived in Hluthvar they met with Mergim Serra who is a friend of Janos and who owns a smithy in Hluthvar.

Appearance

Strong of mind, and strong of body. Meda cuts a wiry figure, and is stronger than she looks.

Her black hair and brown eyes, with her distinct Chondathan heritage makes her a very beautiful person.

Headband of concentration

This headband has a stylized face inscribed upon its front. When in use, the calm visage scrunches its face in focus.
Those wearing this headband can cease concentration on a spell for up to 1 round, and have the spell continue as if they were concentrating on it still. As long as they resume concentrating on it again after 1 round, the spell is not disrupted.

Quarterstaff of the Crusader +2

The Quarterstaff has 3 charges. Using a charge releases a power similar to the spell ‘Crusader’s Mantle’.

Holy power radiates from the staff/you in an aura with a 30-foot radius, awakening boldness in friendly creatures. Until the spell ends, the aura moves with you, centered on the staff.
While in the aura, each nonhostile creature in the aura (including you) deals an extra 1d4 radiant damage when it hits with a weapon attack.

Additionally the Quarterstaff adds +2 to hit and damage (d8+2 bludgeoning damage).
